There were missing coffee servers. No dark roast. An associate got me a dark roast-but how can a COFFEE shop, not have coffee out? On the way out there were 3 out of 5 coffee servers missing. First and last time going to this Panera. We went to work on a project online, and they had NO WIFI.

This certain Panera Bread is nothing like the others. The workers here are lazy, forgetful, and not committed to doing their best at their job. I would make some changes in staff.

This place is awful. Every order I have received is inaccurate. They are always out of everything, soup, bread, etc. They gave me a soup spoon to eat my salad...once again. Also, I asked for black bean soup twice and the cashier repeated my order back. I came home to Broccoli Cheddar. Do not waste your time or money here.
